CrossCampus International
application process
- Submit your resume to office@crosscampus.net.
- Someone on our leadership team will review your resume and discuss your inquiry with the remaining leadership team members. If they believe you have potential to be a CCI team member, you will be contacted by someone on our leadership team for your initial phone interview and to obtain six references.
- After the interview, the leadership team will discuss your phone interview, pray & begin checking your references once they arrive.
- After enough time has been spent in prayer and reviewing references, you will be contacted about an in person interview with someone on our leadership team. This interview will take place in the Dallas/Forth Worth, Texas area. Any travel expenses incurred by the applicant is the sole responsibility of the applicant and will not be reimbursed by CCI.
- After the in person interview, the leadership team will discuss the interview and pray further. If all are in agreement that the applicant remains a potential team player, the applicant will be interviewed by the President of CCI.
- Afterwards, the President & leadership team will continue to pray. If they continue to be in agreement that the applicant is a potential team player, the leadership team will decide one of two things. The first option may be to send the applicant a job offer via certified mail. The second option may be to have the applicant visit our ministry location in East Asia and serve for a few weeks as another interview.
- Once the applicant receives his or her job offer letter, they will begin working closely with the CCI team to raise support and develop themselves into their new role in CCI. Simultaneously, the new staff person will need to being a mentoring relationship if they do not already have one. If they currently have one, proof will be needed and an explanation provided explaining their mentoring relationship. We expect this of our staff because we believe so much in mentoring. Even our President seeks to have a mentor in every stage of his life.
